Job Description :

• Responsible for achieving sales targets within Klang Valley, product line or group of accounts, by contacting established customers and developing new prospects.
• To present company own manufactured HPDE products to potential and existing customers with the aim of achieving sales targets.
• Maintain customer’s credit discipline and also monitor debtors aging from credit terms given to customers and also adapt and work in a very competitive environment.
• Sales incentive will be rewarded based on sales achieved with payment collection under targeted time frame.
• Promote products to developer, contractors, distributors, architect and consultants.
• Keep abreast with competitors’ activities, service distributors, contractors, consultants, developer and authorities; expand existing and new networks for maximum coverage.
• To cooperate and coordinate with related departments to meet customers’ expectations.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least certificate/Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business or equivalent. 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English 
• Min 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in constructions, building materials and manufactured products industry would be added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and able to independently.
• Computer literate.
• Confident, aggressive, target oriented and positive working attitude.
• Possess own transport and willing to travelling around Klang Valley.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists in the purchasing of goods or services as required, including procurement of new supplier where necessary.
• Assist in daily data processing, prepare and issue purchase order (PO) and followed up on its progress until complete.
• Keep track and update on goods (including spare parts) purchasing, receiving, delivery date, and update its record accordingly.
• Monitoring status of orders from overseas suppliers, check on packing list and arrange on stock movement
• Communicate & co-ordinate closely with suppliers/ sales team on purchasing related matter such as pricing, quality, delivery or document issues.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate shipment(export/import) via sea, air and land freight
• Ensure all export and import document is accurate and compliant with Malaysia customs (K1,K2,K8 forms) and international trade laws
• To prepare, submit application from the relevant government authorities

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years of purchasing/ procurement relevant working experience.Candidate possess experience in dealing with oversea suppliers or shipment related work is an advantage.
• Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia as the role requires interaction with chinese clients/suppliers.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel etc.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Production Admin Assistant to support daily production operations through accurate documentation, coordination, and administrative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, timely updates, and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production documents such as job orders, work orders, checklists, production reports, and daily output logs
• Accurately enter production data into MRP or internal systems and ensure records are properly updated and filed
• Assist in preparing daily or weekly production schedules and coordinate job orders with production supervisors, warehouse, and QC/QA teams
• Follow up on production progress and update schedules where required
• Update raw material and finished goods inventory records and track material usage and stock levels
• Coordinate with warehouse for material requests, replenishment, and issuance
• Act as a liaison between production and other departments such as purchasing, QC, warehouse, and planning
• Communicate production updates, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders
• Provide administrative support during audits, meetings, and safety reviews
• Prepare reports including daily production summaries, downtime reports, and manpower attendance
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and meeting coordination
• Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Nitecor Diploma in Business, Administration, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in production or administrative roles is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willing to support overtime or shift work when required
