We are looking for a highly capable Technical Project Manager with strong Data Project experience to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data platforms, analytics, reporting, and cloud-based data transformation projects, along with strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.

This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business, data engineering, analytics, and leadership teams, ensuring successful delivery of data-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

•Lead end-to-end project management for data and analytics initiatives from planning through execution, testing, deployment, and closure.

•Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.

•Define and track project milestones, deliverables, RAID logs, and status reports to ensure timely execution.

•Drive project governance, steering committee updates, and regular stakeholder reporting.

•Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.

Data & Technical Project Oversight

•Manage delivery of projects involving data ingestion, transformation, warehousing, reporting, and analytics.

•Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

•Oversee projects involving tools and technologies such as:

oSnowflake

oPower BI

oSQL

oAzure Data Factory (ADF)

•Understand data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, reporting dashboards, and data integration frameworks to effectively manage technical discussions and delivery.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

•Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.

•Translate business requirements into clear project plans and actionable technical deliverables.

•Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, sprint planning, project reviews, and executive updates.

•Communicate project progress, blockers, and risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Planning, Risk & Governance

•Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans proactively.

•Ensure proper project governance, documentation, change control, and decision tracking.

•Support project planning, estimations, prioritization, and release coordination.

•Monitor and improve project execution standards, delivery discipline, and PM best practices.

Business & Analytical Support

•Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project requirements and delivery challenges.

•Support business teams in understanding data-related requirements, reporting needs, and transformation opportunities.

•Drive alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

•Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Data Project Manager delivering enterprise-scale data projects.

•Strong experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management.

What is your mission?

You will play a strategic role in delivering excellent service to our partner brands by leading advanced analytics initiatives, guiding junior analysts, and translating complex data into clear business actions.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives, from problem definition and data extraction to insight generation and business recommendations.
• Design, own, and continuously enhance enterprise-level dashboards, scorecards, and performance frameworks to track KPIs and SLAs across programs.
• Act as a strategic analytics partner to cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, WFM, QA, L&D, Sales Enablement, and Leadership), translating business objectives into scalable data solutions.
• Conduct complex deep-dive and root-cause analyses to identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and present clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support and influence forecasting, capacity planning, and performance modelling to enable proactive and data-driven business decisions.
• Drive automation and optimisation of reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability at scale.
• Ensure high standards of data governance, integrity, security, and compliance across all analytics deliverables.
• Provide thought leadership through data storytelling, guiding stakeholders to interpret insights and take decisive action.
• Mentor, coach, and review the work of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and capability uplift within the team.
• Collaborate closely with management to shape analytics roadmaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in an analytics-related discipline; Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field is also acceptable.
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in conceptualising, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting data solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex and diverse datasets and translate insights into compelling, executive-ready visualisations and narratives.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, or leading a team of analysts, with the ability to guide priorities, review outputs, and uplift analytical capabilities.
• Proactive and inquisitive mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions constructively.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Highly detail-oriented, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for analytics is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of project management
• Possess all the necessary safety compliance certs (CSCPM, etc)
• Min 5 years of experience in a main-contractor company
