Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and assist with business operations.
• Help manage projects, ensuring timelines are met and stay on course. Ensure smooth running projects and client's objectives are met.
• Contribute creative ideas to help and reach out to our clients.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders/vendors.
• Support Director with clients’ meetings

Who We're Looking For:

• A current student or recent graduate (e.g. Business, Marketing, HR) who is eager to learn and grow.
• A team player who is curious, driven and pro-active to explore & ideate - We value your voice and perspective!
• Passionate about business, learning and sustainability.
• Strong administrative, time-management and organisational skills.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Canva. Bonus if you've used AI tools!

Job Responsibilities

• Support the design and setup of cooling tower water treatment systems, focusing on energy efficiency and water savings to help clients achieve their sustainability goals
• Assist in managing water treatment projects to ensure delivery within timeline and budget
• Develop and enhance training materials for water treatment analyzers to improve internal team understanding of system functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and technical documentation

Role Requirements

• Basic understanding of water chemistry is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD or willing to learn
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a technical environment
