Reporting to the Director, Trade Support – Commercial, the Commercial Business Services Sr Advisor, Trade Support will join a high-impact team where he/she will leverage advanced business intelligence and trade support expertise to drive actionable insights, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. This role will also collaborate across functions, translate complex data into clear recommendations and support the organization’s growth and compliance objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and execution of complex reports, identifying trends and translating insights into recommendations
• Perform advanced analysis, data mining, and modeling to support business decisions
• Manage and enhance data management systems, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards
• Coordinate and execute regression and critical function testing in multiple trade systems for new functionality and release
• Monitor, troubleshoot and address system-related operational issues encountered by schedulers, escalating issues as appropriate
• Collaborate with the Commercial Front Office and global Business Stakeholders to understand operational requirements and future Deals-to-Dollars operational needs
• Design and configure system solutions that support business operations by translating business requirements into effective system solutions
• Serve as a cross-functional technical subject matter expert, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional focus across Commercial Business Services (CBS), Commercial support groups, and other partners
• Drive global best practices and continuous improvement, by leading the design, development, and implementation of work processes and projects, particularly during global initiative rollouts
• Lead cross-functional projects, and ensure timely completion of deliverables across multiple teams and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate and jointly design solutions with IT to remedy issues and implement enhancements
• Develop and deliver system and process training
• Proactively share knowledge, including end-to-end “Deals-to-Dollars” knowledge across diverse functional groups to promote transparency, collaboration, and process efficiency
• Participate in and execute responsibilities as a member of the Commercial Business Continuity Plan (BCP) team

What You’ll Bring – Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or trade support roles with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years of equivalent experience in a similar role in lieu of a degree
• Advanced skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Proficiency with SAP and ETRM systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ensure accountability, and optimize work processes

The Executive Project Advisor is a project lead role responsible for leading a regional review project of first‑mile and last‑mile strategies across Southeast Asia. The role is accountable for structuring, managing, and delivering a time‑bound, end‑to‑end project that assesses current state operations, identifies gaps and opportunities, and produces clear, actionable recommendations for the region.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role partners closely with regional and functional stakeholders to plan, govern, and execute the project, ensuring disciplined project management, strong stakeholder alignment, and high‑quality outputs that support operational decision‑making.

• Lead a regional project to review and assess first‑mile and last‑mile strategies across Southeast Asia

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and governance structure
• Conduct current‑state assessments, including process reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
• Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across markets
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and issues
• Synthesize findings into clear insights, options, and recommendations for senior leadership
• Partner with regional and functional stakeholders (i.e Operations, P&E, ODS, Commercial) to validate findings and align on outcomes
• Develop project updates, dashboards, and final executive readouts
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards
• Support leadership in translating project outcomes into next‑phase actions or initiatives
  Job Requirements

• Master’sdegree in business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ yearsof experience in project / program management, consulting, or strategicoperations
• Experiencein logistics, supply chain, first‑mile or last‑mile operations is a strongadvantage
• Provenexperience leading structured review or diagnostic projects across multiplemarkets
• Strongability to translate ambiguous problems into clear project plans anddeliverables
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder regional projects with senior leadership exposure
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into executive‑ready recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations
