• Boiler and Heat Exchanger Services: Conducting assessments, inspections, and repairs on various types of boilers, including main and auxiliary boilers, waste heat recovery boilers, and economizers.
• Steel and Pipe Works: Performing direct replacements of damaged or corroded steelworks and undertaking various pipe works using different materials.
• 3D Laser Scanning & Engineering: Utilizing 3D scanning and modelling to collect and analyse data on real-world objects or environments for measurements and visualization.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in a relevant industry
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Familiarity with maritime HM&E (Hull, Mechanical & Electrical) systems and naval construction processes.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, and SOLIDWORKS will be plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple maintenance contracts including electrical system, Security system and M&E system with different client
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with Service Level Agreements for response time, uptime, and reporting.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team across different client sites
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports, trend analysis, and recommendations to clients
• Schedule the maintenance, firmware updates, cyber security patches and system backup
• Take full ownership of Retrofitting, upgrading or alternative and additional works
• Act as the single point of contact for multiple clients regarding maintenance contract performance
