We are seeking a highly driven Business Operations & Programme Development Executive to support the growth and operational excellence of our martial arts academy. This role combines programme development, student experience management, and business operations, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Development & Curriculum Support

• Assist in developing structured training programmes aligned with international Taekwondo standards
• Work closely with senior instructors to refine class flow, student progression, and engagement strategies
• Support implementation of specialised programmes (e.g. competition training, early childhood classes, fitness-based martial arts)

2. Student Experience & Retention Strategy

• Monitor student progress and engagement across different branches
• Identify gaps in student retention and propose improvements
• Coordinate trial classes and onboarding experience to improve conversion rates

3. Business Operations & Process Optimisation

• Streamline internal workflows (scheduling, attendance tracking, grading coordination)
• Support branch operations and ensure consistency in service delivery
• Assist management in implementing new systems and SOPs across locations

4. Marketing & Growth Support

• Work with the team to execute marketing campaigns (events, partnerships, promotions)
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to support business growth
• Assist in positioning the academy as a premium, high-performance training centre

5. Events & Partnerships

• Coordinate competitions, workshops, and external collaborations
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders for events and programmes

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field
• Experience in operations, programme coordination, or education/sports industry preferred
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for youth development, sports, or martial arts is a strong advantage
