• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and documentation.
• Lead construction planning and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Establish project timelines and closely monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all works meet required quality standards and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to the company’s ISO standards and systems.
• Provide technical direction based on MEP/DfMA drawings (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IFC).
• Manage subcontractor submissions, including method statements, drawings, materials, mock-ups, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all method statements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs set by supervisors.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including staff and subcontractors.
• Contribute to project planning and development of project concepts.
• Maintain effective communication through email and Microsoft Teams.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Plan, organize, and oversee investment and process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, project documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

• Analyze current investment and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• Design and implement streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to drive measurable performance enhancements.
• Track and measure process improvements, ensuring sustainable implementation.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology) to align project goals with organizational strategy.
• Communicate project objectives, timelines, and progress clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants as required.

DATA & FINANCIAL ANALYSIS:

• Support investment analysis, feasibility assessments, and ROI evaluations.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and project prioritization.
• Prepare financial models and business cases for investment initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within investment, finance, or process improvement functions.
• Experience with process optimization, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and Excel
