We are looking for an Applications Developer to design, develop and support enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) and the Microsoft Power Platform.  You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enhancements, automation and integrations across our Microsoft ecosystem. 

Key focus areas (what you’ll spend most of your time on)

Business Central (AL) Development – Core

• Develop and maintain Business Central extensions using AL (tables, pages, codeunits, reports, queries).

• Handle upgrades, refactoring, testing, deployment and production support

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions and perform performance tuning.

Business Central Security & Role Management

• Configure and maintain roles, permission sets and user access, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and supporting audits or access reviews.

Power Platform Development & Management

• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process automation and integrations.

• Create Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Business Central (and other sources where required)

Other responsibilities

• Support integrations via REST APIs across Business Central / Microsoft 365 / Azure components.

• Provide support for SharePoint Online intranet & administration, Microsoft Teams administration, and Azure Database for MySQL (as supporting components to solutions).

• Produce documentation, user guidance and provide application support as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent), with 3+ years relevant development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) customization / extensions.

• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps / Power Automate (Power BI experience is a plus).

• Experience with REST APIs and structured SDLC practices.

• Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Working hours is from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday

• Frequent Shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT

Role: Project Manager - Application Development

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development process

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within application development
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to deliver practical and well-integrated design solutions
• Manage authority submissions and liaise with relevant agencies to ensure approvals

• Review drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines
• Support site teams in resolving design and coordination issues during construction

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore projects
• Proven experience in landed housing developments
• Strong familiarity with local authority requirements and submission processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is advantageous
