Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements for lawyers.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, letters, and reports.
- Maintain client files and ensure proper document management in compliance with firm policies.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional manner.
- Drafting correspondences and Court documents
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
