4. Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation tracking.
5. Participate in the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of high-availability and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring compliance with defined RTO / RPO requirements.
6. Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and contingency procedures, to support standardized and auditable operations.
7. Provide technical support for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments by preparing system logs, change records, and operational evidence.
8. Contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives by introducing scripting, tooling, and standardized processes.
9. Participate in on-call rotation and provide 7×24 production support as required.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in application operations, system operations, or production support, preferably within a financial institution or large-scale enterprise environment.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and the ability to work in a highly regulated production environment.
4. Experience in supporting and implementing automated operational and maintenance procedures for banking clearing and settlement systems, with hands-on exposure to platforms such as eGiro, Cheque Transaction, Credit Bureau, and AXS considered an advantage.
5. Solid working knowledge of Linux / Windows Server operating systems, with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
6. Familiarity with production deployment, release management, and change control processes, including rollback and version management practices.
7. Scripting capability using at least one language such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell for operational automation.
8. Basic understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, with the ability to analyze system and application issues.
9. Fundamental knowledge of high-availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translatethem into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT),End-to-End Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Validate banking and wealth management workflows, transactions, and systemintegrations.
• Perform API and interface testing to ensure seamless integration betweenapplications.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, andstakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in requirement workshops, impact assessments, and solution reviewsessions.
• Prepare test plans, test reports, and testing documentation in accordancewith project standards.
• Support release activities and ensure successful deployment of systemenhancements.
• Conduct functional walkthroughs, knowledge transfer sessions, and usertraining where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and testing best practices.
• Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and testing status reportsto stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and QualityAssurance.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, andEnd-to-End Testing.
• Hands-on experience with banking, financial services, or wealth managementapplications.
• Exposure to Avaloq or similar core banking platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in API testing, integration testing, and defect management.
• Strong understanding in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TFS,or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and assess system impacts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, user training, and knowledge transfersessions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing certification is an addedadvantage.
