Apa yang akan anda lakukan

• Jalankan kempen jangkauan berstruktur: Bekerjasama dengan penyedia bakal pelanggan dan senarai bakal pelanggan untuk memacu aktiviti keluar yang konsisten (panggilan sejuk, susulan dan tempah temu janji demo yang layak.)
• Sampaikan demo CRM Leaf yang menarik, pimpin perbualan percubaan, sediakan cadangan dan kontrak serta tutup langganan bulanan dan tahunan.
• Membangunkan pengetahuan produk yang mendalam untuk memetakan ciri CRM Leaf dengan berkesan mengikut keperluan jualan dan aliran kerja setiap bakal pelanggan
• Bina dan kekalkan hubungan pelanggan yang kukuh dan berkekalan untuk memacu pengekalan, pengembangan dan rujukan.
• Kenal pasti dan wujudkan perkongsian strategik dan saluran penjual semula yang meluaskan jangkauan Leaf CRM.

Apa yang anda perlukan

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pemasaran atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pembangunan perniagaan atau jualan, sebaik-baiknya menjual SaaS, CRM atau produk teknologi lain.

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. This is a product-focused sales role where you will run the full sales cycle for Leaf CRM, from identifying and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos, to closing subscriptions and handing customers over for onboarding. The ideal candidate understands how SaaS and CRM products are bought and sold, communicates clearly, and has a track record of meeting sales targets.

What you will do

• Own the Leaf CRM sales pipeline: Research, identify, and qualify prospects across Malaysia and the wider region, and develop targeted strategies to approach and convert them.
• Run structured outreach campaigns: Work with lead providers and prospect lists to drive consistent outbound activity (cold calls, follow-ups, and book qualified demo appointments.)
• Deliver compelling Leaf CRM demos, lead trial conversations, prepare proposals and contracts, and close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively map Leaf CRM features to each prospect's sales and workflow needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and reseller channels that extend Leaf CRM's reach.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and feed market insights back into the product roadmap.
• Represent Leaf CRM at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build the brand and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling SaaS, CRM, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with how CRM and lead management tools support sales and marketing teams, and an understanding of the software and enterprise solutions landscape.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong English command
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence demoing software to decision makers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a reliable Admin & HR Assistant to support our daily office operations. You will act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors while providing essential administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support:
• Manage front-desk activities, including answering calls and greeting guests.

What We Do  

We are focused on design and development of next generation firmware architecture and algorithms to deliver high performance and cost-efficient enterprise Hard Disk Drive (eHDD) products. As part of the globally diverse R&D team, you will be working in an Agile development environment with opportunity to learn and grow in multiple disciplines.   

This position is based in Western Digital Tech and Regional Center (M), which is a Center of Excellence located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 

What You Will Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, integrate and maintain quality firmware for eHDD using best practices like unit test, CI and Agile methodologies.  
• Design and implementation of data structures, software algorithms, data path, and drivers for hardware cores using latest standards C++ and Python.   
• Participate in significant technical investigations from problem statement to conclusions.  
• Creates design documents pertinent to the various phases of firmware development. 
• Devise strategies for in-depth functionality and compatibility testing of complex drive features.

We are looking for a software engineering intern to develop and maintain test management software for our HDD Validation Engineering team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop features for our self-hosted web portal (MERN-stack) and microservice backends (FastAPI).
• Design and implement automation solutions for tester monitoring and data analytics.
• Help establish holistic software quality assurance processes (CI/CD, E2E testing).
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within test environments, providing timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, well-documented code.
