4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with optics, hardware, and electrical teams on system-level design, including camera, lighting, sensor selection, and imaging system calibration.
• Work closely with system software and embedded teams on algorithm integration and deployment optimization (GPU acceleration, CUDA, multi-threading), considering memory and power constraints.
• Interface with manufacturing, quality, and customers for on-site issue resolution, data feedback loops, and algorithm customization.

5. Innovation & Intellectual Property

• Lead key technology breakthroughs and drive the development of patents, software copyrights, and technical publications.
• Establish end-to-end data pipelines covering dataset construction, training, evaluation, and deployment.

4.2.1 At least 3 years of experience in developing and/ormaintaining PeopleSoft system.

4.2.2 Hands-on experience on most of the essential toolssuch as Structured Query Reporter (SQR), PeopleSoft Query, Peoplecode, SQL,Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface,Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface.

4.2.3 Knowledge and experience on PeopleSoft brandingcustomization and landing page design would be an added advantage.

4.2.4 Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft CampusSolutions would be an added advantage.

4.2.5 Experience with PeopleTools upgrades would be an addedadvantage.

4.2.6 Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript,Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, etc. would be an added advantage.

The Tenderer’s personnel shall have:

Software Developer Responsibilities:

• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.

• Directing system testing and validation procedures.

• Directing software programming and documentation development.

• Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.

• Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.

• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.

• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

• Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.

• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.

• Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.

Software Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.

• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.

• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.

• Creativity is always a plus.

• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
