• Lead value engineering initiatives and propose alternative technical solutions

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local construction codes, authority requirements, and industry standards
• Support audits, inspections, and authority submissions
• Implement and monitor QA/QC processes

Project Support

• Support tender and pre-construction teams with technical input
• Assist with variations, claims, and technical dispute resolution
• Monitor technical progress and report potential risks or delays

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 7–12 years of experience in construction or engineering projects
• Proven experience in design management and site technical coordination
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, technical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
