Job Description

1.     Perform detailed cooling load calculations and thermal analysis for data halls, including rack-level heat load assessments.

2.     Design, review, and optimize ACMV systems, including:

- CRAC/CRAH units

- Chilled water systems

- Cooling towers and pumps

3.     Lead and support cooling system upgrades and retrofits, ensuring minimal disruption to live data center operations.

4.     Evaluate system performance using KPIs such as:

o  Power Usage Effectiveness

o  System Efficiency

5.     Conduct energy optimization studies and recommend improvements (e.g., air flow management, containment strategies, setpoint optimization).

6.     Support capacity planning and future expansion work based on IT load growth.

7.     Review engineering drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance with design intent and operational requirements.

8.     Work closely with operations teams to implement EOPs/MOPs for mechanical system interventions.

9.     Participate in risk assessments, failure mode analysis, and incident investigations related to cooling systems.

10.  Ensure all works comply with relevant standards and regulatory requirements in Singapore

Required Qualifications

1.     Bachelor’s Degree / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

2.     Additional certifications relevant to theindustry is an added advantage 

3.     1-2 years’ experience maintainingelectrical, mechanical, fire protection system in a data centre environment

4.     Experience and knowledge of MEP equipmentsuch as CAHU, CRAC, ACMV systems, pumps, cooling towers, UPS, generators, etc.

Job Description:

• Perform Systems Administration: Maintain Windows servers, virtualizationplatforms, and storage solutions. Manage Active Directory, ONS, OHCP, and Group Policy. • Implement data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work closely with software developers, system architects and other cross-functional teams to develop data-driven business solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI & Cloud computing and best practices in data engineering to continuously improve data processing pipelines and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and building data pipelines using ETL tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Airflow.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of database systems, data warehousing concepts, SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with AI and Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and familiarity with AI solutions in these environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, or Presto.
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Hadoop or Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch or AWS OpenSearch is plus
• Prior experience working with healthcare or clinical data is a plus.

Drive feature delivery and reliability for OpenWrt-based routers; be the go-to engineer for complex firmware issues and cross-discipline integration with RF and hardware teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of medium-to-large features (driver tweaks, hostapd enhancements, ACS/DFS improvements, power management).
• Own troubleshooting of field escalations and complex regressions; design fixes and tests.     
• Improve CI/CD for firmware builds, add automated RF test hooks and performance benchmarks.       
• Mentor junior engineers, perform thorough code reviews, and champion best practices.
• Collaborate with RF/HW/product on calibration flows and factory provisioning.

Must-have:

• 5+ years embedded Linux experience with 3+ years on OpenWrt or similar embedded distributions.     
• Strong C, shell, and Python; experience with kernel debug (dmesg, perf, ftrace) and device trees.     
• Solid knowledge of Linux networking (bridging, ip, netfilter/nftables, qdisc) and wireless stacks (mac80211/hostapd).
• Experience shipping production firmware and participating in release processes.

Nice-to-have:

• Driver experience on Qualcomm/Atheros platforms, familiarity with ath9k/ath10k.
• Experience with Wi‑Fi roaming, mesh (802.11s), MLO or Wi‑Fi6 features.
• Background in OTA/A-B updates, secure boot, or telemetry stacks.
