Requirements

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Core Network Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, planning, and optimization of advanced mobile core network solutions, including EPC, 5G Core, IMS, VoLTE, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a technical authority, guiding customers and internal teams in developing optimal architectures that meet business needs while aligning with industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

·       Design and develop mobile core network solutions (4G EPC, 5G Core SA/NSA, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, SDM) for operator and enterprise deployments. 

·       Lead requirements gathering, solution definition, and architecture design for complex mobile networking projects. 

·       Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, translating business requirements into technical solutions. 

·       Prepare detailed solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals for tenders and RFPs. 

·       Conduct solution validation, integration planning, and technical oversight during project delivery. 

·       Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to adapt solutions to customer-specific needs. 

·       Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant telecom standards and regulatory requirements. 

·       Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and architects. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

·       10+ years of experience in mobile core network design, deployment, and optimization. 

·       Proven expertise in 4G EPC, 5G Core (SA/NSA), IMS architecture, signaling protocols (SIP, Diameter, HTTP/2), and network functions virtualization (NFV). 

·       Strong understanding of network management, orchestration, and automation tools.

Precision Implementation & Signal Integrity: Lead the technical execution of high-speed OSFP/QSFP-DD transceiver installation and rack-to-rack fiber trunking, with a rigorous focus on maintaining Signal Integrity (SI) and minimizing Bit Error Rates (BER).

Automated Cable Validation: Oversee the routing and labeling of thousands of fiber/copper cables; implement Automated Fabric Validation using scripts (e.g., NVIDIA ibdiagnet) to perform rigorous BERT and link-quality testing.

Advanced Power-On & Link Training: Execute initial power-on sequences and complex Link Training verification to ensure all high-speed interconnects meet the PHY-layer requirements before software-layer integration.

Technical Field Supervision (Interconnect Integrity): Enforce strict physical layer standards by implementing a mandatory "Inspect-Before-Plug" workflow for all 800G ACC/AOC interconnects. Standardize fiber-optic hygiene using IEC 61300-3-35 digital inspection and verify bend-radius compliance across the 48-rack fabric to eliminate physical-layer signal degradation.

Reference Architecture Alignment: Lead the localization of the NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 Reference Architecture for the AIDC site. Validate that facility-side power and cooling interfaces meet the exact specifications for 54V DC Busbar architectures and high-density (120kW+) power shelves.

Establishment of "Show Tech" Guidelines: Author and enforce the master Show Tech Guideline for field teams. This serves as the mandatory technical manual for:

· Fluidic Operational Windows: Pass/Fail thresholds for Pressure Drop and flow-rate requirements per rack.

· Thermal Interlock: Logic for adjusting CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit) supply temperatures based on real-time Dew Point monitoring to prevent condensation in high-humidity environments.

· Mechanical Precision: Torque specifications for DC busbars and fiber hygiene protocols (IEC 61300-3-35).

Thermal Management & Liquid Balancing: Verify precise technical requirements for liquid cooling loops. Focus on Primary/Secondary loop pressure balancing and coolant chemistry (pH/conductivity) to prevent cold plate corrosion and ensure uniform cooling across the 48-rack cluster.

Power-On & Handover Validation: Formulate and supervise official L10/L11 Power-On protocols. This includes mandatory Hydrostatic Pressure Tests for cooling loops and phase-balance audits for power shelves before final system acceptance.

Signal Integrity (SI) & Fabric Oversight: Audit the implementation of NVIDIA-certified Fat-Tree topologies. Ensure that physical cable routing and heat dissipation for 800G/1.6T transceivers comply with Signal Integrity requirements for NVLink and InfiniBand fabrics.

Tier-3 Technical Escalation: Act as the ultimate technical authority for resolving complex infrastructure failures. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical issues such as liquid leak detection triggers, power shelf imbalances, or thermal throttling events.

Future-Proofing & Capacity Modeling: Model electrical and thermal loads to ensure the current infrastructure supports a seamless transition from Quantum-2 (400G) to Quantum-X800 (800G/1.6T) networking and modular Blackwell compute upgrades.
