Position
Summary:
We are seeking
an experienced Mobile Core Network Senior Solution Architect to lead the
design, planning, and optimization of advanced mobile core network solutions,
including EPC, 5G Core, IMS, VoLTE, and related technologies. The ideal
candidate will act as a technical authority, guiding customers and internal
teams in developing optimal architectures that meet business needs while
aligning with industry standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
·
Design
and develop mobile core network solutions (4G EPC, 5G Core SA/NSA, IMS, VoLTE,
VoWiFi, SDM) for operator and enterprise deployments.
·
Lead
requirements gathering, solution definition, and architecture design for
complex mobile networking projects.
·
Serve
as the primary technical interface with customers, translating business
requirements into technical solutions.
·
Prepare
detailed solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals
for tenders and RFPs.
·
Conduct
solution validation, integration planning, and technical oversight during
project delivery.
·
Collaborate
with product management and R&D teams to adapt solutions to
customer-specific needs.
·
Ensure
solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant telecom standards
and regulatory requirements.

Provide
thought leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
& Experience:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
·
10+
years of experience in mobile core network design, deployment, and
optimization.
·
Proven
expertise in 4G EPC, 5G Core (SA/NSA), IMS architecture, signaling protocols
(SIP, Diameter, HTTP/2), and network functions virtualization (NFV).
·
Strong
understanding of network management, orchestration, and automation tools.
·
Experience
working with major telecom vendors and systems integrators.
·
Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
·
Ability
to lead large-scale solution design projects from concept to
implementation.
·
Industry
certifications (e.g., 5G/IMS-specific vendor certifications) are a plus.
