• Lead development of core OpenWrt system components: kernel configuration, device trees, board support packages (BSPs), networking stack, wireless configuration, and system services.
• Drive performance tuning and reliability hardening for wireless routing use cases, including CPU/memory optimization, wireless stability, and long-duration uptime.
• Define and document coding standards, branching strategy, and release workflows for OpenWrt firmware development.
• Design and implement a scalable CI/CD pipeline for OpenWrt firmware:
• Integrate automated testing into CI (unit, integration, system-level, and smoke tests) to catch regressions early.
• Improve build times, developer productivity, and visibility through enhanced tooling, dashboards, and failure triage processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT),End-to-End Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Validate banking and wealth management workflows, transactions, and system integrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
• Hands-on experience with banking, financial services, or wealth management applications.
• Exposure to Avaloq or similar core banking platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in API testing, integration testing, and defect management.
• Strong understanding in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TFS, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and assess system impacts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing certification is an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 to 4+ years experience in back-end development
• 2 to 3+ years experience in front-end web development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other related field, or equivalent experience
• Should present a portfolio of their work including code that they have written
• With the ability to understand designs presented to them and the thought process in how they went about prototyping these designs
• Good knowledge of git or any other version control system

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Architecture & Platform Engineering

• Design, implement, secure, and operate enterprise Kubernetes (EKS) clusters on GCC+.
• Architect and maintain cloud-agnostic, portable infrastructure that can be deployed across different Kubernetes environments.
• Ensure workloads, configurations, and platform components remain decoupled from vendor-specific services.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize the Incident Response Management (IRM) platform using Helm.
• Maintain platform reliability through high availability, multi-zone resilience, monitoring, and self-healing capabilities.

Backend Development & Automation

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, platform tooling, and automation solutions using Golang.
• Build and maintain SRE, DevOps, and operational tooling to improve platform efficiency and reliability.

Technical Leadership
