Job Description

KPMG has a strong Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives incorporating Supply Chain & Procurement products such as COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, Ivalua and Zycus. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to manage client engagements independently, and bring deep knowledge of procurement processes, functional design, testing, and change management.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects for the P2P workstream.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and invoicing processes to align with client requirements.
• Manage project workstreams independently, taking on roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support.
• Lead functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Create project documentation, including to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead and execute testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and Regression testing.
• Support change management activities and deliver end-user and supplier training.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support integration activities with client ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday (preferred).

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Ivalua implementation across multiple projects.
• Strong expertise in P2P functional processes.
• Hands-on experience in leading workshops, preparing documentation, and managing testing phases.
• Ability to independently manage client engagements and take on multiple roles.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) is an advantage.

We are looking for Senior Consultant/ Associate Manager, Data Governance Expert from Banking Industry for a Permanent role with our Client.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for data governance, collaborating closely with the Finance team in Singapore and engaging with stakeholders across Data Management, Risk Management, and IT.
• Lead execution of data governance initiatives by breaking down complex activities into actionable deliverables such as KDE identification, EUC inventory and criticality assessment, data aggregation process mapping, and implementation of data lineage systems.
• Apply prior experience and practical knowledge from past data governance projects to design effective solutions and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans with clear milestones, governance structures, and defined roles and responsibilities.

Requirements:

About the Role

The Programme Manager will support the STCC Programme Office in coordinating and executing key translational research programmes, while facilitating collaboration across STCC platforms. The role aims to strengthen STCC’s ability to deliver multi-institutional programmes and improve alignment between clinical, research, data, and industry-facing activities. The incumbent will work across programmes and platforms, with scope to progressively take on greater responsibility as familiarity with STCC’s operations increases. The role will also support improved coordination across programmes and platforms to enable more efficient translation of STCC capabilities into research and collaboration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Execution

• Support planning and execution of STCC programmes by:
  Developing and tracking workplans, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinating stakeholders across institutions and platforms.
• Follow up on action items to ensure steady progress of programmes.
• Provide support to programme leads to achieve defined objectives.

Cross-Platform Coordination

• Facilitate coordination across STCC platforms for programme implementation.

• Identify coordination issues or bottlenecks and escalate where appropriate.

Platform and Collaboration Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Incident Response & SOC Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment, with a strong track record in incident response, breach investigations, and SOC standards compliance. In this role, you will develop and maintain compliance policies, orchestrate incident response efforts, conduct breach investigations, and utilise DFIR tools to gather and analyse digital evidence. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (Essential)

Incident Response & Breach Investigations

• Coordinate and lead incident response activities (triage, containment, eradication, and recovery).

• Investigate and document security breaches, performing root cause analyses and recommending remediation.

• Leverage DFIR tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK, Autopsy) to identify, collect, and analyse digital evidence, ensuring proper chain of custody.

• Develop and maintain incident response documentation, including playbooks, reports, and after-action reviews.

SOC Compliance & Policy Management

• Create, implement, and update SOC compliance policies and procedures in alignment with relevant standards.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to SOC requirements and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance controls into operational workflows.

Security Monitoring & Analysis

• Utilise SIEM solutions (e.g., RSA NetWitness, QRadar, ArcSight, Splunk) for continuous monitoring, threat detection, and compliance reporting.

• Analyse logs, alerts, and threats to proactively detect and investigate potential security incidents.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates on incidents, risks, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Practical experience with other DFIR tools or forensic analysis methodologies.

• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (e.g., RSA Archer).
