What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles primarily based in Singapore, with occasional regional support across APAC

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of technical recruitment experience, ideally within an IT services, staffing agency, or managed services environment
• Strong, demonstrable experience recruiting for Singapore-based technical roles — you understand the local talent market and its nuances
• Familiarity with technical domains: Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, data and Infrastructure
• Working knowledge of MyCareersFuture — comfortable posting, managing, and sourcing through the platform as per MOM requirements
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), and EP/S-Pass advisory basics
