Seeking Technical Engineer with service delivery or customer service experience, and skilled in managing service providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries ina timely and accurate manner
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
· Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
· Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
· Support on new product certifications and renewals
· Provide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim system
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
· Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
