• Perform asset management including hardware, software licenses and lines.

• Manage and co-ordinate physical (e.g., equipment) and logical (e.g., IP address changes and management to ensure no duplicates, etc.) installs, moves, adds and changes. 

• Monitor and provide alert on abnormalities found in logs.

• Update details changes onto relevant operation documentation.

• Perform network switching and providing status report.

• Perform network optimisation to ensure network resources are used optimally. 

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network and security environments, including: 

  • HPE Aruba Networks (switches, access points, gateways, ClearPass Network Access Control) 

  • Palo Alto Networks (software and hardware firewalls, including Panorama) 

  • Check Point firewalls 

  • BeyondTrust

  • EfficientIP (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management)

• Rotational standby support is required.
