Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of ICT End User Computing or Infra Support - Service Desk Agent experience with networking and system administration experience as well as exposure in project management in ICT projects;

• Possess expert-level troubleshooting skills and analysis methods for the purpose of providing expert advice and assisting Level 1 and Level 2 Desktop and Infra Support

• Support Engineers to resolve escalated issues;

• Possess strong and proven experience in designing and developing one or more courses of action, evaluating each of these courses in a test case environment, and implementing the best solution to the problem;

• Possess excellent communication skills to demonstrate and present the solution to the Customer, and the solution will also be made available for future troubleshooting and analysis recorded in proper documentation.

• Possess at least one (1) of the following certification or educational qualification:

Requirements:

• Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
• Working experience in CRDMO industry.
• Master’s degree or higher.
• Familiarity with chemical production equipment and process design, with the ability to conduct technical assessments from a production perspective. Expertise in end-to-end process management—from process review and production execution to issue resolution—ensuring efficient and stable project delivery at the Singapore site.
• Proficient in technical operations documentation systems and production tools (e.g., Rocket, MRP, WMS), with training capabilities. Deep understanding of GMP regulations and ability to translate them into executable workflows.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Technical Services Engineer to support manufacturing production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement effective solutions, and support operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
