Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Developer / Technical Lead role owns the technical delivery of StrongKeep's platform on a lean 7-person team. You will lead a small group of engineers, own our GEN 2 delivery and the Compliance module end-to-end, and set the bar for architecture, code quality, and shipping pace. You are equally comfortable writing the hard code yourself and unblocking the people around you.

Technical Leadership

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Software Developer to join our Engineering team which delivers challenging, enterprise-scale video content analytics software running on mobile/edge/on-premise/cloud platforms, to international customers.

You will conform to high standards of code and design, working in a cutting-edge, agile, and professionally challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Create User Stories and plan work for the team
• Develop end-to-end modules including testing and bug fixing
• Participate in architecture and system design activities
• Follow software development best practices
• Work in an Agile environment

Qualifications

• At least 5 year of experience as a Frontend, Backend, or FullStack developer
• Management experience
• Experience with Automated Testing and Test Driven Development is a strong advantage
• Strong experience in OOP

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies

• Build intuitive, responsive, and maintainable WPF front-end interfaces using XAML, MVVM architecture, and data binding

• Develop web-based front-ends using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and JavaScript

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture is a plus

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following established best practices

• Integrate SDKs with a wide range of hardware devices

• Work with native C++ SDKs and unmanaged code to build seamless integration layers

• Handle interop between managed (.NET) and unmanaged (C++) libraries efficiently

• Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs for system integration and communication

• Work with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka or Solace

• Provision in MQTT, WebSocket and JMS

• Participate in software architecture and design discussions
