About the Position

Fugro Satellite Positioning, Inc. has an immediate opening in the Singapore office for a Network Controller. This position is responsible for monitoring and proactively supporting the daily operation of our Fugro Data Network, including Network Control Center (NCC), Remote sites and Satellite uplink sites. This includes monitoring and QC of the data collection, distribution and broadcast processes with minimum downtime. Also assists with customer support outside of normal daily working hours. It is a unique position where the employee is trained on the job. The employee works on rotating shift.

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitoring operation of the NCC (remote site data collection, central computer operation, data distribution and uplinking) and responding to data alarm conditions.

• Able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.

• Fault isolating and resolution using internal and external resources.

• Documenting all alarm conditions and actions.

• Performing data archiving and plotting tasks.

• Collating system performance statistics and assisting in the production of tables and graphs for reporting and system analyses.

• Providing assistance during additions or changes to either the NCC or remote site computer and data communications equipment.

• Assisting in the coordination of planned system outages with communications service providers and Fugro clients to minimize disruption to Fugro Satellite Positioning, Inc. services.

• Assisting, where appropriate, with the preparation of Fugro Data Network documentation and reports.

• Assisting in the maintenance and updating of NCC Operational Procedures.

• Proposing new methods of operations for the NCC to improve productivity.

• Provides customer support as appropriate.

• Promptly responding to telephone calls, faxes, emails and their redistribution as required.

Knowledge/Skill/Qualifications:

Your Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance

Summary

The Head of Resilience management for APAC-ME will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the bank’s strategy to ensure resilience against operational disruptions, cyber threats, and systemic risks. 1. Gather Debt Management System (DMS)enhancement requests, work with vendor on feasibility, initiate enhancement request, perform SIT testing, conduct UAT testing, and migration of programs to production system.
2. For in-house development, create or modify Crystal Report, VBA or PowerShell scripts, according to requirement specifications.
3. Maintain and support all in-house built applications, programs and reports; vendor’s applications, tools or subscription services, such as DMS, DMS web, Survey Monkey, SMS Dome, Google Forms, and corporate web. Responsible to maintain SLA with vendors and users.
4. Execute DMS monthly batch job. Ensure daily and monthly backups are successfully completed.
5. Manage new DMS version release, by performing testings, and obtain users’ signoff before releasing to production. Train users to use the upgraded features or functionalities. 
6. Run SQL queries for troubleshooting, investigation, information gathering or for statistics purposes.
7. Administer user logon IDs, and access profiles and permissions in applications. Disable resigned staff’s account immediately after office hours, on the day. Periodic review to ensure all IDs, profiles or permissions granted are valid and applicable.
8. Involve in projects or initiatives requiring new application development or significant enhancement to existing systems.
9. Weekly extraction of Counselling survey records for C&P. Run Call Agent report on monthly basis for C&P and DSS.
10. Documentation of procedures, guidelines and standards relating to application and support. Conduct annual reviews to ensure they are valid and applicable.
11. Attend any other ad-hoc assignment when needed.

Key Skills & Competencies

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Document Controller role, from construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Familiar with project-related documentation (e.g., technical drawings, project specifications, QA/QC records) will be an added advantage.
