About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong experience across application services, AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, and automation. This role focuses on driving practical, business-led digital solutions rather than theoretical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand application workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Analyse existing systems to identify optimisation, automation, and AI enablement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and delivery teams to shape and implement solutions

AI, Data & Analytics

• Work hands-on with data to support analytics and AI-driven use cases
• Contribute to predictive analytics, decision support, workflow optimisation, and Generative AI (e.g. RAG, summarisation)
• Validate data and AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and explainability

Cloud, Automation & Integration

• Support AWS-based applications and data platforms with hands-on involvement
• Contribute to scalability, security, performance, and cost optimisation discussions
• Design and build Power Automate flows across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and data sources
• Work with Node.js services for API integrations and backend workflow support

Delivery & Governance

• Work closely with project managers and delivery teams across Agile and hybrid models
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
• Ensure alignment with security, data governance, and compliance standards

Required Experience

• 5–8 years’ experience in Business Analysis or similar technical roles
• Strong background in application services, Power BI and platform-based solutions
• Proven hands-on experience with AI, data, cloud, automation, and backend integration
• Outcome-focused mindset with comfort in fast-paced delivery environments

Inside the CoC Database team, you will work in an international context on the deployment projects in operational condition of the future database servers for which we are responsible.

Your role is mainly to manage deployment tasks on intermediate level (L2).

• Work using ticketing tool (BMC Helix), to manage the requests queue;
• Work with or use our deployment tools (Terraform and Octopus) to be able to deploy packaged Operating System, packaged database engines and packaged databases;
• Be able to understand our deployment and to perform checks to guarantee the delivery;
• Cooperate closely with Project Managers to know priorities;
• Cooperate closely with the rest of IT Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture and Security teams;
• Communicate with our customer to offer a real customer service;
• Hands-on configure and deployment the most crucial elements of Eurofins global database platforms;
• Manage First and 2nd level of technical support IT Incidents and communicate with our customers or services;
• Respect processes and documentation;
• Forward bottleneck issue or process issue to contribute to continuous improvement.
