Responsibilities:
- Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
- Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.
- Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.
- Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
- Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
- Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
- Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs.
- In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
To succeedin this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in M&E, control & automation industry.
- Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.
- Clear presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
