Sales & Business Development

• Support for business development activities. Build networks, cultivate business relationships with customers and business partners, to identify business opportunities in Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Support Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, acquiring new customers and establishing relationships.
• Conducts due diligence and make proposals for prospective business partners and solutions.
• Conduct market research and relevant analysis (example 3C) to have a better grasp on market and for decision-making purposes.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customers’ challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, including proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.

Technical Solution & Collaboration

• Providing pre-sales technical support/expertise to assist sales effort
• Deliver in-depth presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Onsite support for robotic or automation project deployment.
• Support customers for after-sales activities.
• Provides technical direction for system repair and maintenance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics and/or Business or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
• Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g., mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration).
• Technical acumen with the ability to bridge client needs and engineering solutions.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Proven knowledge and execution power to bring successful development strategies.
• Knowledge of the latest market and business trends is also imperative while developing business strategies to penetrate the new market.
• Data analytics skill for decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st-2nd level of support for user technical issues or IT incidents.
• Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP system.
• Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualization, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
• Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated L1 IT Application Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for our users. You will troubleshoot, triage, and resolve software and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction for our core business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Act as the first line of defense, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming support tickets via email, chat, and service desk portals.
• Troubleshooting & Triage: Investigate application errors, access issues, and performance glitches. Resolve basic issues and escalate complex bugs to L2/L3 teams.
• User Access Management: Manage user accounts, password resets, and role-based access permissions.
• System Monitoring: Monitor application health dashboards and automated alerts to proactively identify and report potential outages.
• Documentation: Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with step-by-step troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and known error databases.
• User Communication: Keep users informed on the status of their tickets and provide clear, non-technical explanations for resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in IT Applications Support
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk), SQL for database querying, and exposure to ERP systems
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and a strong customer-service mindset.
