We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) & Cybersecurity Manager to lead the growth and delivery of cybersecurity advisory, assurance, certification, and compliance services across the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing market-facing solutions, driving commercial growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and supporting the delivery of OT cybersecurity projects for industrial and critical infrastructure sectors. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business development capability, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.

• Drive the growth and expansion of OT cybersecurity services across the APAC region.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity advisory, assessment, certification, and assurance services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within key industries including oil & gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, and critical infrastructure.
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships and support consultative sales engagements.
• Lead proposal preparation, bid management, contract negotiations, and customer presentations.
• Provide technical leadership for OT cybersecurity assessments, advisory projects, certification readiness reviews, and compliance programs.
• Advise clients on cybersecurity frameworks, standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support clients in cybersecurity risk assessments, gap assessments, governance programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop scalable service offerings, methodologies, delivery frameworks, and market solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support capability development through training, mentoring, competency building, and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with industry bodies, standards committees, and professional networks to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
• Manage project delivery, operational performance, and business objectives in alignment with regional growth plans.

• To take lead and involve in the project proposal submission technically and commercially.
• To promote and sell all existing services within I&E Division especially related to Upstream Services.
• To provide technical support to the laboratory as and when required
• To cross sell any other services related to SGS services
• To meet/follow up with customer regularly for the submitted quotation
• To promote and sell in food and environment industries which involve in microbiological testing services.
• To ensure that all customer enquiries are followed-up and closed successfully with the ultimate goal of achieving monthly sales target/KPI.
• Receive, cold-calling and follow-up on inbound and outbound calls enquiries
• To ensure monthly proposal/quotation target is satisfactory achieved or exceeded.
• To meet and achieve monthly sales target set by the I&E Upstream Lab
• To prepare, arrange and coordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meeting, training, seminars, and etc.
• Manage documents control, filing and project deliverables and process signed quotation/proposals.
• To create awareness campaign and upsell of the new services offered by the business lines by visiting to clients and survey result was collected at the end of the meetings.
• Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior for any improvement for to meet operational excellence of the service offered.

• Responsible to ensure all projects are executed in high industrial standard and to lead technical development especially in Geochemistry and Enhanced Oil Recovery Related Scope of Works including Digital Solutions & Predictive Modelling.
• Responsible for providing full customer support from project initiation to closure and follow up, whilst promoting business growth.
• Responsible and act as the company Field Analytical Specialist in all technical aspect related to analytical and its related fields including sampling, sample handling, testing, investigation, reporting, advisory/training services to clients etc.
• Lead and execute field job.
• Support laboratory on analytical solutions.
• Attend meetings and do presentations and demo.
• Support Laboratory & Field Services and other business lines (well testing, Environment, and etc)
• Responsible for the training, and technical development of lab and field service staff.
• Identify local talents and build technical competencies to strengthen our market position.
• Identify and recommend procurement of equipment and consumables to meet growing targets.
• Make sure all lab and field data has been screened and evaluated to ensure only high-quality data is issued.
• Troubleshoot lab and field equipment breakdown including repairs where necessary.
• Write and/or review technical field reports prior to final report issuance.
• Attend external & internal training courses as required.
• Develop and oversee the revision and updating of lab and field SOPs and training manuals.

• Responsible in assisting Laboratory Technical & Compliance Manager on day-to-day laboratory operation for assigned section towards direction of effective implementation of quality system ISO/IEC 17025, SAMM policy and SGS GCSC requirement
• Assist Technical Advisor /Technical Specialist on the new method development as per business need.
• Respond to queries raise by customer / business / customer support team within agreed timeframe, with minimal supervision from Technical Advisor/ Specialist
• Collaborate with Operation team on investigation and deliver the outcome of investigation professionally to the party who raise the queries within agreed timeframe
• Periodically review, enhance and update of Working Instruction and Standard Operating Procedures when needed
• Working towards enhancement of existing lab process/methodology for lab efficiency improvement
• Work with laboratory operation team on root-cause investigation of all non-conformities and/or customer complaints with proposal of appropriate corrective and preventive actions to address the issue promptly.
• Provide technical training to laboratory personnel to ensure the laboratory competency and conduct refreshment training when needed.
• Insight into new technologies and initiative for enhancement
• Assist to ensure Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory practice in the laboratory.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for test report and audit report writing.
• Responsible for equipment and materials preparations, and arranging logistics related to the EHS operations business activities.
• Responsible for procurement related to the EHS operations and business activities.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prepares test report and audit report

• Support on overseeing outsourced services
• Serves as back-up support to field inspectors

• - Maintains a safe and tidy worksite according to the organization’s 5S program and guidelines

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first line support to SGS affiliates and external clients
• Fast paced handling of incidents / requests resolution, escalation and information routing.
• Deciding on incident severity/priority
• Validation and evaluation of technical and or operational information pertaining to the incident
• First contact resolution and troubleshooting via phone and remote access tools
• Managing Incidents throughout their lifecycle

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishes controls to monitor the performance of the management systems.
• Validate, evaluate and classify incident / requests.
• Determine resolution and/or escalation path to ensure all issues are appropriately managed.
• Evaluate content of requests / incident report and gather information if missing any.
• Record distinct issues in the tracking tools.
• Keep track of known solutions, consult knowledge database and use findings to respond to senders/callers.
• Keep track of severity/priority 1 issues for appropriate escalation and follow-up.
• Recognize solutions for repetitive use and enter those in knowledge database.
• Complies with relevant Management Systems
• Complies with the QHSE policies including but not limited to:
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to SGS QHSE Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions by participating in safety meetings, completing required training, intervening in unsafe situations, refusing unsafe work, and complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to QHSE.
  • Responds appropriately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace.
  • In accordance with the SGS QHSE Management System requirements, disposes of, or directs the disposal of, waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all waste transportation and disposal regulations and requirements.
  • Reports all incidents (actual incidents and near misses) in accordance with the SGS Incident Reporting requirements.
  • Uses all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy worksite.
  • Maintains awareness of hazards and proposes controls to supervisor, QHSE Representatives or relevant client / site contact.

- Provide technical support to internal customers.

- In charge of complaint case handling regarding on technical issues.
 

• Generate and capitalize on new sales and business opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility.
• Prepare individual sales and marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall business strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth objectives of the business.
