Role Purpose

The Software Engineering Team Lead provides hands-on technical leadership and delivery ownership for a squad of junior engineers, aligned to Experian’s Product Development career framework. This role focuses on engineering execution, technical direction, and team enablement rather than people management or HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Direction & Quality: Provide architectural guidance, conduct design and code reviews, and champion CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-default practices.

Mentorship & Capability Building: Coach junior engineers, maintain team playbooks, and foster a culture of craftsmanship and learning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Product and Project Managers and collaborate with Line Managers on staffing and growth (no HR ownership).

Role Summary:

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Accounting/Finance intern to join our Account Receivable team. You will be responsible for supporting various operational functions. This includes supporting daily cash application tasks, learning our systems and processes, and collaborating with the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.  

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with the Cash Applications Team or designated team members to complete assigned tasks, primarily focusing on Cash applications and administrative tasks.
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all payment applications to minimize discrepancies.
• Assisting with the reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accurate payment applications.
• Supporting the processing of direct debit transactions and credit card payments to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Collaborating with the collections team to address and resolve payment-related inquiries.

Role summary:

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity within the Group Billing and Revenue Assurance Team in Group Finance. As a Global Process SME, you will actively contribute to global finance projects and BAU support for our revenue recognition system RDE, especially focusing on billing and revenue processes. While you may not have prior work experience, this role offers an excellent chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment and gain exposure to key finance projects.  You will work closely with senior team members to support the delivery of the group’s strategy and objectives by assisting in various billing and revenue projects. Test Automation & Execution

Develop automated test scripts in Python leveraging AWS (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Glue).

Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Harness) with automated reporting.

Execute functional tests for ingestion transformation, lineage checks, reconciliation.

Non-Functional Testing

In this role, you will support senior engineers in developing generative AI applications that integrate with Experian’s internal systems and APIs, using modern Python frameworks and large language models. Work that matters - What you’ll be doing 

• Help develop, and test internal generative AI applications, including chatbots, assistants, and automations that support teams across the company.
• Implement and maintain Python-based backends and APIs that connect AI applications to internal services, data sources, and business workflows.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Product Engineering, you'll build customer-facing and internal platforms. These platforms will span the full stack—UI, APIs, services, and data. Your work will focus on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and AWS Cloud environment. You'll also help the team safely use GenAI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Lovable. This will promote collaboration, code quality, and developer experience, following our AI governance standards.

Your important responsibilities will include:

• Build modern front-end experiences with React and TypeScript.
