Lead end-to-end delivery and support of enterprise banking technology platforms across Mainframe z/OS, Java applications, SAP-integrated systems and ETL/data processing environments.

Manage production stability, incident resolution, problem management, change/release management and SLA governance for business-critical financial applications.

Coordinate platform transformation, data centre migration, legacy modernization and integration initiatives across multi-technology environments.

Oversee batch processing, data pipelines, upstream/downstream interfaces and application dependencies supporting payments, settlements and financial reporting.

Drive technical governance across infrastructure, application, database, vendor and support teams to ensure secure and reliable service delivery.

Lead major incident management, DR/BCP execution, audit compliance, ITGC controls and operational risk mitigation for regulated banking systems.

Manage global technical teams, delivery roadmaps, automation initiatives, KPI reporting and continuous improvement to enhance platform availability and operational efficiency.

Implementation Lead:

• Lead the architecture, design, development and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across complex banking and financial systems.

• Provide technical leadership for integration platforms and technologies, including Boomi, TIBCO, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, SOAP web services and middleware frameworks.

• Define integration standards, interface specifications, reusable components and technical design principles in alignment with enterprise architecture.

• Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, security and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable and reliable integration solutions.

• Manage end-to-end integration delivery, including design review, development, code quality, system integration testing, UAT, deployment and production support.

• Lead internal engineers and contractors, provide technical guidance, resolve complex integration issues and ensure delivery against project timelines and quality standards.

• Strong banking-domain experience, hands-on Java expertise and proven experience delivering large-scale integration programmes using Boomi and TIBCO are highly preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems in line with business requirements.

Build and enhance backend services and APIs to support application functionality and integration.

Perform system analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.

Participate in software testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to maintain coding standards.

Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across different environments.

Work with teams to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and new features.

Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Manage programme scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, compliance, and external vendors to drive seamless execution.

Drive implementation, integration, and enhancement of enterprise systems and platforms to support scalable business operations.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks, status reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and control.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements across all phases of delivery.

Oversee issue resolution, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

4.2.1 At least 3 years of experience in developing and/or maintaining PeopleSoft system.

4.2.2 Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as Structured Query Reporter (SQR), PeopleSoft Query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface.

4.2.3 Knowledge and experience on PeopleSoft branding customization and landing page design would be an added advantage.

4.2.4 Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would be an added advantage.

4.2.5 Experience with PeopleTools upgrades would be an added advantage.

4.2.6 Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, etc. would be an added advantage.
