What you’ll achieve You will provide focused strategic business support aligned to critical people modernization work. Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, and work processes to determine Business Unit (BU) wide talent initiatives that need to be changed or implemented to increase organizational effectiveness to enable the business talent strategy. The strong OD Sets the strategic direction for organizational design by collaborating with and influencing senior leaders to address critical business problems. Leads (directly or indirectly) teams in the design, development, and delivery of strategic talent solutions and drives for outcomes.

• Partner with the business and HRBPs on defined bodies of work to offer the highest standard of quality talent solutions.
• Provide strategic consultation on all components of organizational design-related processes and leverage data analytics and insights to inform talent strategy, identify gaps and opportunities, and architect solutions.
• Consults on effective change management approach across key stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of Human Resource (HR) experience with expert knowledge of OD methodologies.
• Ability to partner on change management methodologies across multiple stakeholders and strong consultative/influencing capabilities with all levels of leadership. Prior experience in a consulting capacity at a large consulting firm.
• Organizational and project/program management skills. Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution.
• Prior HRBP/HR Generalist in the technology industry. Managing a variety of multi-faceted programs, including, but not limited to organizational development, talent development, compensation planning, retention management, succession planning and Talent Management leadership steeped in transformation and change.
• Experience with business context of the technology industry - Sales, Services, Engineering, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary due diligence checks for deal teams for new potential deals.
• Engage in discussions with deal teams to understand and help to troubleshoot on issues that may arise during the document procurement process. 
• Drawing up ownership structures, transaction structures and funds flow structures from documents provided by clients.
• Review and ensure documents collected for KYCs are complete and properly certified in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Perform various due diligence checks on clients on external and internal platforms and databases.
• In addition to providing adequate mitigations and thorough risk assessments, ensure accurate data inputs on eKYC and conduct independent validation on documents provided by clients.
• Raise exceptional handling memos where required. Conduct risk assessments to address on trigger events and/or adverse news (among others) as well as memos for existing clients applying for new facilities.
• Raise preliminary assessment memo for deferred completion of KYC for advisory transactions.
• Conduct annual KYC reviews/ trigger reviews within stipulated due dates and with minimal reworks.
• Review daily AML alerts escalated to the department and ensure prompt and timely closure of alerts.
• Provide support on other AML/ KYC related matters as may be required for any other reports/ projects/duties as well.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with experience in corporate/ project finance KYCs preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience in KYC review for corporates
• Certifications in AML would be an added advantage. 
• Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to KYC/ AML eg MAS Notice 626.
• Meticulous, proactive, organized and motivated. 
• Team player who is able to multi-task and prioritize work.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive HR Executive with a strong focus on HRIS implementation, HR digitalisation, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role will play a key part in driving the implementation and optimisation of HR systems, supporting process automation, and enhancing HR operational efficiency. You will also support other HR operations working closely with the HR Director to improve overall employee experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. HRIS Implementation, Digitalisation & Transformation (Primary Focus)

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS systems
• Drive HR digitalisation and digital transformation initiatives, including automation of workflows (e.g. onboarding, leave, claims, performance management)
• Review and streamline existing HR processes, identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and automation
