We are looking for a Talent Solutions Account Manager to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities, generating new business, as well as managing client relationships as a trusted advisor and bringing value to our customers. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for recruitment. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act as the clients’ internal advocate and in the best interest of the clients. 

Responsibilities:  

• Effectively execute a high volume of contract renewals that maximize value, while protecting and developing the customer relationship 
• Own, drive and manage a series of touchpoints with your customers, throughout the life of their contract, to ensure consistent engagement & education on LinkedIn’s evolving solutions. 
• Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a strategic partnership · Cross-sell LinkedIn’s portfolio of Talent & Learning Solutions, aligned with the business goals & outcomes of your customer. 
• Accurately maintain a quarterly forecast of renewals in your territory 
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information. 
• Leverage peers & manager to help problem-solve, ramp-up, & close deals. Effectively utilize sales processes and tools  
• Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement. 
• Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team. 
• Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing team. 
• Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing your region with outbound activity. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for hiring and learning. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act as the clients’ internal advocate and in the best interest of the clients.  

Responsibilities:  

• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects.
• Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status. 
• Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a strategic partnership. Position LinkedIn’s portfolio of Talent & Learning Solutions, aligned with the business goals & outcomes of your customer.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota level 
• Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience: 5.5+ years
• Sound expertise in Payroll Pay Components configuration, data migration, and payroll enablement.
• Should be able to lead the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Should be able to collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs, conduct workshops, and design solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Should be able to configure and customize SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules, including benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and integrations with third-party vendors
• Must have experience to develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate global benefits configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Should be able to provide expertise and guidance on global benefits best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams.
• Should have experience conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions.
• Should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Should be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.
• Must have experience in document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Should stay informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize benefits administration processes.
   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
