HR cum Administration Executive
Company: A listed company in China with comprehensive benefits
Salary: SGD 3,800 – 4,000 (negotiable for highly qualified candidates after interview)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 5-day work week
Location: Tampines
Remarks:
The office is currently under renovation and in the preparation stage. Work-from-home arrangements can be made for now. Occasionally, you will need to be on-site to coordinate and communicate with relevant personnel during the setup phase.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Handle employee payroll and CPF calculations
- Manage employee tax filings, including resignation tax clearance and annual tax reporting
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes (maintain and update HR records, track local employees’ leave)
- Handle work pass applications, cancellations, renewals, and appeals
- Support project operations by coordinating manpower deployment, training, and exit arrangements; oversee internal HR processes and assist in implementing HR systems
Finance:
6. Liaise with headquarters on customs matters and handle GST submission for sea freight
7. Process bank payments, payroll disbursement, invoice issuance, and expense reimbursements
8. Manage office petty cash
9. Assist headquarters finance with monthly closing and support auditors for annual audits
Administration:
10. Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office (rent, utilities, vehicle arrangements, visitor coordination)
11. Support project operations with goods receiving and dispatch; handle SAP system inventory entries
12. Manage company fixed assets and equipment in Singapore
13. Arrange visas, flights, and accommodation for employees traveling between China and Singapore
14. Handle business hospitality for clients in Singapore (restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, etc.)
