• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and conduct talent mapping to ensure continuous candidate flow
• Apply expert Boolean search queries and complex search strings to source candidates from internet and databases
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and role requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field of study
• 2 to 4 years of experience sourcing candidates in the semicon/manufacturing sector

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing software
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
