這份工作

該職位直接向集團人力資源經理報告並與其密切合作，涵蓋公司所有員工層級。身為人力資源主管，您的主要職責包括日常人力資源行政管理、招募活動、入職培訓和發展以及薪資管理。

您還將協助管理和協調人力資源服務，包括制定涵蓋僱用、薪酬和福利管理的政策和方案。

負責人力資源的各個方面，包括薪資、員工紀律、申訴、內部調查、員工薪資和福利等事宜。

要求

我們正在尋找擁有人力資源或工商管理相關專業大專以上學歷，且至少有1-2年類似人力資源綜合管理經驗的候選人。本次招募優先考慮25-35歲女性候選人。

她必須具備出色的英語口頭和書面溝通能力，並能流利使用馬來語；如果精通中文/普通話，則更佳。
