Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture), LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database
• Prepare and post job advertisements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and documentation when required
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (open to fresh grads with strong interest)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with job portals such as MyCareersFuture and LinkedIn
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized
