Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities through Facebook and other online platforms.
- Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on Facebook.
- Screen applicants and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Conduct basic candidate communications and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Facebook posting and social media platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
