Provide operational and client-facing support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and investment teams across fund, client, bank, broker, custodian and administrator matters to ensure timely, accurate and compliant fund operations and investor servicing.

• Evaluate product requests, such as options and margin, for each PWM client account to ensure they meet all regulatory and firm requirements 
• Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services, including Cash products, Client Statement and Performance reporting 
• Resolve issues through coordination with PWM Teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal 
• Ensure the updated documentations are properly stored into the central documents depository for completeness 
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements
• Conduct comprehensive system testing and regression analysis to ensure functional readiness

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 2+ years financial industry experience in AML or other Client Onboarding Regulatory experience 
• Highly motivated and results orientated 
• Have a high level of self-initiative to challenge and improve processes 
• Strong understanding of risk and control framework in operations 
• Has strong interpersonal skills to establish Business and Federation relationships 
• Able to manage multiple tasks or projects and manage deadlines effectively 
• Strong team player who is able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Chinese is considered beneficial to effectively review client documentation, interpret legal and onboarding materials, and collaborate with internal teams and clients across Greater China markets

Work you’ll do 

• Conduct client due diligence during onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC obligations. 

• Validate and verify KYC information through comprehensive research and cross-referencing internal and external databases. 

• Identify and escalate cases involving politically exposed persons and customers with medium to high AML risk. 

• Perform enhanced due diligence for customers with higher AML risk ratings, addressing complex compliance issues. 

• Conduct Source of Wealth review in accordance with regulatory and industry standards and advise on assessment and corroboration gaps; perform subsequent uplift to required standards. 

• Provide support to the Compliance function by handling ad hoc queries, evaluating sanctions alerts, and investigating transaction monitoring alerts for potential fraud. 

• Document the rationale for escalating or dismissing sanctions and transaction alerts, stay updated on AML regulations, support Deloitte Forensic projects, and co-lead a team ensuring quality and efficiency.

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance) and a professional certification is a plus. 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, forensic accounting, fraud investigation, or related fields, ideally within consulting, financial, accounting, or legal institutions. 

• Basic understanding of AML regulations and money laundering schemes. 

• Experience providing financial crime consulting to various banking sectors and skills in analyzing, drafting, and presenting reports.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical Group Financial Analyst to support a client in group-level financial consolidation, planning, analysis, and budgeting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality group insights, management reporting, and forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, consolidation accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Group Consolidation & Reporting

·        Perform monthly consolidation of group financial results, includingintercompany eliminations and alignment of reporting structures.

·        Prepare and enhance monthly group management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management and stakeholders.

·        Maintain and continuously improve group consolidation models, charts of accounts, and reporting templates to ensure consistency and comparability across the group.

Ø  Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

·        Coordinate the annual group budget process, including consolidation of budgets submitted by business units and operating entities.

·        Support periodic forecasts and long-range planning exercises, incorporating operational, market, and financial assumptions.

·        Partner with business and operations teams to understand drivers of performance and translate them into financial forecasts and scenarios.

Ø  Financial Analysis & Decision Support

·        Deliver in-depth financial and performance analysis, including trend analysis, sensitivity analysis, and KPI monitoring across the group.

·        Provide actionable insights on profitability, cost structures, working capital, and capital allocation to support strategic initiatives.

·        Support M&A, investment, and strategic projects through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and post-investment performance tracking.

Ø  Systems& Process Improvement

·        Maintain and enhance ERP and EPM systems to support efficient consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

·        Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency across group finance processes.

Ø  WorkExperience

·        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or corporate finance.

·        Experience supporting M&A, business combinations, or strategic projects is preferred.

Ø  Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·        CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

• Support debt financing activities, including loan documentation, covenant monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
