Job Summary
The Management Advisor leads the design, approval, and continuous improvement of academic and workforce development programs within a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore. This role ensures full compliance with SSG/TPG regulations and EduTrust certification standards. Reporting directly to the managing director, the management advisor integrates program strategy and quality assurance with regulatory governance to drive sustainable institutional growth and minimize audit risks.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

• Lead end-to-end course design, review, validation, and SSG/TPG approval processes via TPGateway.

• Align curricula with SkillsFuture frameworks, industry needs, and GES performance benchmarks.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and digital innovation tools.

• Promote academic excellence and learning quality through structured QA systems and benchmarking against national and international standards.

Regulatory Compliance

• Oversee EduTrust certification and renewal cycles, ensuring full compliance across all seven criteria and required documentation.

• Manage submissions and respond to SSG/CPE audits with actionable improvement and corrective plans.

• Ensure adherence to ISO, PDPA/DPTM, and international student policies (including Student’s Pass requirements).

• Professional training or certification in EduTrust, SSG/TPG compliance, or ISO Lead Auditor is desirable.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: S$5,000–S$7,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
