Job Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise messaging and collaboration solutions across Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Lead Exchange migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud transformation initiatives.
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available messaging platforms.
- Architect Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive integration.
- Implement messaging security, compliance, and governance solutions.
- Drive automation through PowerShell and modern cloud management practices.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Workplace teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration technologies.
- Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019/SE)
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Hybrid Exchange Deployments
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft Teams Integration
- PowerShell Scripting
- Messaging Migration Projects
- Experience in designing and supporting large-scale enterprise messaging environments.
- Strong knowledge of messaging security, compliance, identity management, and disaster recovery.
- Experience leading cloud migration and messaging modernization initiatives.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- ITIL Foundation
