10. Internal  & External Audit +  Process Control Support

Responsible for supporting internal & external audit, ISO process control review and governance improvement initiatives by ensuring procurement and asset management transactions and records remain complete, traceable and properly maintained.

11. Tender / Sample / Supporting Documentation Support

Responsible for coordinating sample submissions, catalogues, technical specifications and procurement-related supporting documents for tender or project operational requirements when required.

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Associate supports the day-to-day procurement and logistics operations of the Company, with a primary focus on logistics coordination. • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant electrical and instrumentation equipment to maximize availability and reduce production disruptions.
• Carry out maintenance work safely, following all Safety Procedures, SOPs, GMP, and Good Engineering Practices.

• Take ownership of the quality of maintenance work to ensure there is no negative impact on product quality.

Job Requirements:

Professional Requirements

• Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• LEW certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of industrial standards and relevant maintenance procedures.
• Good knowledge of production and utility equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and Standard Engineering Practices.
• Experience working with CMMS is preferred.

SUMMARY

The Events Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and internal engagements. This role ensures seamless delivery of high-quality experiences that align with business objectives, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations. The key objective would be to execute events that drive employee engagement and external branding, primarily in Singapore and to provide remote pre-event support for events in APAC markets.
