SIMONS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is in the process of launching a Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) fund managed by a Singapore-licensed fund management company. The fund assets will be held by an independent licensed custodian and will primarily invest in digital asset-related exchange-traded funds (ETFs), digital asset ecosystem ETFs, and U.S.-listed equities.

The Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for investor relationship management, capital raising initiatives, and business development activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the investment team to support the growth of the fund's assets under management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, including but not limited to:

• Private Banking;

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing investors;

• Provide regular updates to investors regarding fund performance, market developments, and portfolio insights prepared by the investment team;

• Respond to investor enquiries and coordinate ongoing investor servicing activities;

• Organise investor events, roadshows, presentations, and marketing initiatives;

• Coordinate investor redemption and withdrawal processes in accordance with fund procedures and applicable regulations.

Fundraising and Business Development

• Introduce the fund's investment strategy and product offerings to prospective investors;

• Identify and cultivate new investor relationships and distribution opportunities;

• Build and maintain networks with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors;

• Manage investor outreach activities and support fundraising initiatives throughout the subscription process;

• Coordinate investor onboarding procedures, including KYC and AML documentation requirements, in collaboration with relevant service providers and compliance teams.

Note: This role does not participate in investment decision-making or trade execution. These responsibilities are undertaken by the appointed investment professionals and portfolio management team.

Job Responsibilities:

Tender Strategy & Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end tender process for construction projects.

• Establish and communicate quotation submission timelines aligned with the overall tender programme.
• Actively monitor quotation status and follow up with subcontractors and suppliers’ bosses to ensure timely submission.
• Establish, maintain, and regularly update the subcontractor and supplier master calling list for tender enquiries and ensuring the calling lists are accurate, current, and relevant to each project’s scope, trade packages, and technical requirements.

Risk & Contractual Review

• Review Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, etc.).
• Identify and assesscommercial and contractual risks, including Liquidated damages, Payment terms,Variation mechanisms and Design liabilities
• Draft and preparetender, commercial qualifications and clarifications where necessary.
• Ensure the Schedule of Rates (SOR) is fully reviewed, approved, and in proper order for submission to consultants.
• Advise management on risk mitigation and pricing contingencies

Team Coordination

• Coordinate internal teams: Quantity Surveyors, Design / Technical / Planning teams, Procurement, M&E teams
• Liaise and manage tender queries, addendum, and clarification responses with consultants and subcontractors and ensure all discrepancies are clarified and ensure all in corporated in the tender pricing

Tender Submission & Presentation

• Ensure tender submissions are fully compliant with tender requirements and submitted on time and in the correct format
• Oversee preparation of Method statements, Construction programmes and technical submissions
• Attend tender interviews, presentations, and post-tender clarifications.
• Participate in negotiation meetings where required.

Post-Tender Review & Handover upon award

• Conduct post-tender analysis (win/loss review).
• Lead handover of awarded tenders to project and contracts teams for all costing, tender and contract documentation, detailing and measurement, subcontractor/supplier quotations etc required for execution of the projects
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-contract to post-contract stage

Post-Award Contract Review

• Review all contract documents issued by consultants upon award, including: Letter of Award (LOA),Contract Agreement, Bills of Quantities / Schedule of Rates, Appendices, drawings, and specifications, qualifications, terms, and conditions fully align with the company’s tender offer, and ensure documents are in order prior to management signoff.
• Identify discrepancies, omissions, or adverse changes and liaise with consultants to resolve them prior to execution.
• Ensure final signed documents are properly distributed and handed over to project and contract administration teams.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of MRT Station and Tunnelling civil infrastructure projects from construction stage to final account
• Lead contract administration, cost control, claims management, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability and contractual compliance
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow reporting, and commercial risk assessments
• Review and administer main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
• Evaluate and manage variation works, extension of time claims, contractual claims, and final account settlements with clients and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management, including tender evaluation, negotiation, and award of work packages
• Monitor project cost performance and implement strategies to mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on contractual and commercial matters
• Provide leadership and guidance to Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members
• Support tendering activities, cost planning, value engineering, and commercial strategy where required

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in LTA MRT or infrastructure projects
• Main Contractor experience in civil, tunnelling or rail projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of claim management, variation claims, contract administration and cost control
• Familiar with Singapore construction contracts and authority requirements

Role Summary

Our client, a reputable bank is seeking to fill CDD and  onboarding manager for corporate banking and private bank clients

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of corporate and private banking clients, including account opening, KYC documentation, and approval workflows.
• Review and assess onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely onboarding.
• Handle complex onboarding cases including PEPs, high-risk jurisdictions, trusts, SPVs, and complex ownership structures.
• Conduct initial and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients and complex structures.
• Perform beneficial ownership analysis and verify source of wealth/source of funds.
• Assess AML/CFT risk ratings and escalate high-risk cases for approval.
• Ensure ongoing CDD reviews are completed in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and global AML/CFT standards.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes into onboarding and CDD processes.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity in coordination with Compliance and Financial Crime teams.
• Evaluate client risk profiles across jurisdiction, industry, transaction behavior, and ownership structure.
• Ensure appropriate risk classification and application of risk-based approach (RBA).
• Maintain accurate documentation of risk decisions and approval rationales.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, Corporate Bankers, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Act as key point of contact for onboarding-related queries and escalations.
• Support front office teams in resolving documentation gaps and regulatory requirements.
• Drive enhancements in onboarding workflows, systems, and digital KYC platforms.
• Contribute to policy development and procedural updates for onboarding and CDD.
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives to improve turnaround time and client experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline.

• 7 - 10+ years of experience in KYC, AML, onboarding, or CDD within corporate banking, private banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and MAS regulatory framework.
• Experience handling complex structures (trusts, funds, SPVs, corporates, UHNW clients).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ACAMS or equivalent AML certification is an advantages
