We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and a deep understanding of ITOM and ITAM processes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform to streamline operations and manage IT assets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping) and ITAM (SAM & HAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Discovery, Asset Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Job Description

• Deliver lessons of up to 10 – 12 classes per week. 
• Display classroom delivery skills aligned to centre’s suggested methodology and housestyle.
• Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that will enhance students’ learning experience.
• Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback and ensure they are returned to students by the next lesson.
• Perform required administrative responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students’ files etc)•
• Able to arrange “catch-ups” for students who missed any lessons when there are no available “make-up” classes for them to join.
• Attempt to ensure that students are consistently making reasonable progress in the programme; every student matters. 
• Connect to students’ parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback to parents on the progress of the students as well as solutions/suggestions for parents on how they can partner with you to help the child at home.
• Work together with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience and strive to minimise the withdrawal rate of classes assigned.
