Responsibilities

The Role:

• Manage regional consigned inventory with global operations team, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Manage local inventory of products, improving traceability and reducing discrepancies.

What you will do 

1. System Administration & Configuration

• Manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets within the OCE CRM.
• Assign users to territories and maintain territory hierarchies.
• Configure and update product hierarchies, align products to territories, and manage product messages.
• Set up and maintain sample management, including permissions, limits, and audit trails.
• Administer Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) content, presentations, and territory alignment.

2. Reporting & Compliance

This role will focus on the migration and management of commercial documents, including proposals, contracts, and amendments, from existing network drives to SharePoint. In addition, the incumbent will support the development and maintenance of a centralized Contract Register to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key contract data.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, clean, and migrate contract and proposal documents from shared drives to SharePoint
• Apply consistent file naming conventions and maintain structured folder systems
• Tag and classify documents with appropriate metadata to ensure ease of retrieval

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The F&B Administrator will support the Director of F&B and the F&B team in managing administrative functions, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth operations within the F&B department. Equipped with a strong background in food service administration and excellent service skills, the incumbent will provide support to assist the Director of F&B and the team in the execution of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:
