Job Role Includes:

• You will also be required to issue updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel, as well as provide HSE training as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the safe, efficient and cost-effective performance of the plant operations.
• Ensures production processes are managed and safely operated in accordance with organizational policies, operating procedures and management systems.
• Analyze risks and ensure that all procedures are adhered to and comply with ISO 45001 requirements and local WSH regulations. Well organized, able to work as a team and may occasionally be required to travel within AICA operating sites.
• Check on compliance to local regulation requirements and legislation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements alongside ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics (e.g. defects, rework, customer complaints, process deviations).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure all processes and outputs meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements of a HSEQ Engineer:

• Ideally, you will be educated to diploma/degree level and will be fully experienced in the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 / Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliance/ implementation and certification process.
• Experience in handling internal and external audits and certification processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and trends.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control practices is preferred.
• As someone who will be expected to work with a team of people, it is important that you have people management skills and have excellent interpersonal and presentational skills and be able to build relationships with external partners.
• The ability to be able to problem solve, interpret complex issues and motivate others to work to the best of their ability is essential.

Job Summary

The Academy Training Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational activities of the academy to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role includes managing training coordination, student administration, compliance documentation, quality assurance (QA) requirements, and supporting regulatory and accreditation standards. The executive will work closely with management, trainers, students, and external stakeholders to maintain high operational and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

Manage the academy’s daily administrative and operational activities.

Coordinate course schedules, classroom arrangements, training materials, and trainer assignments.

Ensure all training programmes are conducted according to approved schedules and operational procedures.

Maintain accurate student records, attendance, examination documentation, and certification records.

Handle student enquiries, registrations, onboarding, and administrative support.

Monitor inventory and procurement of training supplies and equipment.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Support the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with academy policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits, inspections, and accreditation exercises.

Monitor and update SOPs, forms, policies, and operational records.

Assist in maintaining examination and assessment documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.

Coordinate internal evaluations, student feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all records are properly filed, updated, and securely maintained.

Training Coordination:

Liaise with trainers regarding lesson schedules, assessment requirements, and student progress.

Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, examination documents, and course files.

Support examination arrangements including venue preparation and candidate administration.

Assist in monitoring training delivery standards and student learning experience.

Customer Service & Communication

Provide professional customer service to students, trainers, and external partners.

Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone, and walk-in consultations.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding schedules, programme updates, and operational matters.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, Training Management, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, training coordination, education, or academy operations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good knowledge of administrative and operational processes.

Experience in quality assurance or compliance documentation will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

·         Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams, providing both people and technical leadership.

·         Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture for semiconductor equipment.

·         Guide motion control modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications.

·         Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and control boards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong knowledge in motion control modelling and algorithms for ultra-high speed and high accuracy applications.

• Solid experience in control system analysis and design, including servo motor and motion control systems.

• Strong background in digital electronics and power electronics design, including power supplies and motor drivers.

• Familiar with analytical and simulation tools such as MATLAB, MathCAD or equivalent.

• Knowledge of dynamic frequency response analysis (Bode plot, Nyquist plot).

• Familiar with electromagnetic technology for motor design.

• Experience with C/C++ programming for real-time control applications is an advantage.
