What you'll be doing

• To undertake and execute roles and responsibilities as a WSHO, ECO, ECMO, and any other roles under statutory requirements. New roles may be added subject to legal requirement changes.
• Assist in reviewing the WSHE management system and periodically provide recommendations
• Administer and implement the Company’s WSHE management system and procedures
• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive safety policies and procedures to promote a strong safety culture
• Develop Safety, health and environmental in-house training and promotional programs
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Provide safety training and education to all site personnel to increase awareness and compliance
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective and preventive measures
• To ensure that work practices in his project is at all times in line with legal and 3rd party audit requirement, that is WSHE related, ISO, GGBS, ConSASS , BizSAFE and any new applicable legal requirements.
• Follow up on the closure of findings raised by auditors, authorities, or interested parties with records.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to safety performance
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of project planning and execution

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a WSHO in the construction industry
• Possess a valid WSHO certificate and relevant safety certifications
• Possess a valid ECO and ECMO certificate
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensuring workplace safety

About the Role

DJ Engineering and Construction is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 

Senior BIM Modeller

 to support ongoing infrastructure and building projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate BIM models and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D BIM Modelling:
  Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit.
• Technical Drafting & Documentation:
  Prepare high-quality 2D shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordination & Clash Detection:
  Conduct model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks, ensuring timely identification and resolution of design conflicts.
• Standards & Compliance:
  Ensure all models and drawings comply with company standards, project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Singapore BCA submission requirements.
• Data & Model Management:
  Manage and coordinate model exchanges through Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and project efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience:
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller or Drafter within the construction or engineering industry.
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
• Software Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Educational Background:
  Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, including BCA, HDB, or LTA standards, is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills:
  Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
