As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Auto Loans Team, your Key Responsibilities include:

1.     Relationship management

• Build long-term partnerships with clients in the automotive industry.

• Achieve revenue and customer retention goalswhile increasing the portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling andreferrals.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ proven track record in corporate financing, with working knowledge of the automotive industry and in auto loan products like Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities

Responsibilities

1.     Manage the day-to-day accounting routine duties which includes:

•  Distribution of Banking system batching reports to key business units
• Compilation of daily system-generated management reports and investigate exception flagged in these reports with respective key business units
• Preparation of MAS monitoring reports such as MCB, MLA, QL, AMR
• Perform Nostro Bank Reconciliation to ensure unreconciled items are followed up and investigate any abnormity on a timely basis
• Perform journal entries for interest income/expense/service fee relating to Nostro/Vostro Bank accounts
• Compilation and binding of Journal entries vouchers and ensure internal maintenance of Journal vouchers are met
• Perform batching checks for error/suspense flagged by Banking system and execute end of day batching

2.     Manage the periodic accounting routine duties which includes:

• Generate and distribution of periodical system-generated reports via Banking system to key business units
• Preparation of fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-annual and annual management reports, regulatory reporting and statistical survey and ensure timely submission to management, MAS, IRAS and DOS.
• Obtain regular internal clearance from key business units to facilitate the preparation of the MAS returns and GST return
• Perform pre-submission checks through variance analysis for MAS and GST returns and investigate the reason for any exception variance flagged
• Escalating Customers’ Returned mail for Head of Operation/KYC action and prepare the Monthly Customers' Statement Returned Mail Log for Compliance Officer’s review
• Perform half-annual Inter-branches Interest income/expense reconciliation
• Assists in year-end audit by providing documentation/schedules required by Internal/External Auditors and preparation/replying of Nostro/Vostro Audit Confirmation
• Packing and maintaining records of past year reports to be send to warehouse for storage

3.     Other adhoc routine duties which includes:

• Attending tovariance queries raised by regulator for submitted MAS returns
• Participate in adhoc projects such as UAT report verification for new reporting implementation
• Ad hoc duties assigned by manager

• Process staff claims and verify supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Partner with Risk, Operations, Fraud, Legal, Compliance andFinance to design product policies, control frameworks and approval conditions.
• Prepare product papers, risk committee papers, approval notesand product governance documentation for new products or major product changes.
• Ensure product design covers key areas such as buyerobligation, supplier eligibility, invoice validation, assignment/ titletransfer, collections, dilution risk, fraud risk, dispute handling, recourse,repurchase events and operational controls.
• Work with functional partners to convert approval conditionsinto clear operating procedures and implementation checklists.
• Maintain a strong control mindset while enabling commercialgrowth and product scalability.

Product Commercialisation and Sales Enablement

• Own product commercialisation from internal approval tomarket launch.
• Run product workshops and enablement sessions for Sales,Solutions, country teams and other frontline stakeholders.
• Prepare product positioning, sales talking points, clientpitch inputs, FAQs and deal-structuring guidance.
• Support Sales and country teams on client discussions, dealqualification, pricing, product fit and programme structuring.
• Act as the product expert for assigned product areas and helpfrontline teams convert opportunities into executable transactions.

Product Performance, Revenue and Business Outcomes

• Track product performance across GTV, revenue, utilisation,pipeline, client adoption, pricing trends and portfolio growth.
• Work with Finance and business teams to understand productrevenue, margin trends, commercial performance and growth drivers.
• Identify revenue gaps, adoption issues or underutilisedproduct capabilities and propose action plans.

Cross-functional Execution

• Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams toensure product requirements are clearly defined and build priorities arealigned with business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Fraud and Legal teams toensure products are launch-ready, controlled and operationally scalable.
• Support UAT, launch planning and post-launch issue resolutionwhere product judgement is required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevantexperience in trade finance, receivables finance, factoring, supply chainfinance, working capital finance, transaction banking or fintech.
• Strong practical understanding of Accounts Receivablefinancing, including factoring, invoice financing, receivables purchase,buyer-led receivables programmes, recourse/ non-recourse structures andcollection models.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable and supplier financestructures, including buyer-approved payables, supplier onboarding andprogramme-based financing.
• Familiarity with key receivables finance risks and controls,including invoice validity, buyer confirmation, assignment/ title transfer,dilution, disputes, set-off, fraud risk, collections control and repurchase/recourse mechanics.
• Experience preparing or contributing to product papers, riskapproval notes, policy documents or product governance materials.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect productdesign to GTV, revenue, pricing, utilisation, adoption and client outcomes.
• Comfortable working directly with Sales, country teams andfunctional partners on product positioning, client needs, deal structuring andlaunch readiness.
• Exposure to digital trade platforms, SaaS platforms, embeddedfinance, stablecoins, tokenised settlement, Web3-enabled trade flows or SC+initiatives would be an advantage.

This is a principal-level hire, reporting directly to the COO.

The Role

The General Counsel will serve as the firm's most senior legal authority, owning the full spectrum of legal, regulatory, and governance responsibilities across its global operations.
This is a builder's role — you will shape the legal function, not inherit it.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory and Market Advisory

• Serve as the firm's principal legal advisor on trading, market conduct, and securities regulation across MAS, SFC, SEC/CFTC/FINRA, and FCA frameworks
• Advise business leadership on market access, exchange memberships, clearing arrangements, and cross-border trading structures
• Lead regulatory engagement including inquiries, filings, and enforcement actions; maintain productive relationships with key regulators across jurisdictions

Corporate and Transactional

• Oversee legal support for fund formation, M&A, joint ventures, seed investments, and strategic transactions
• Manage entity formation, licensing, and operational buildouts across trading, R&D, and investment operations
• Negotiate critical documentation including LPAs, ISDAs/CSAs, prime brokerage agreements, and execution agreements

Intellectual Property, Employment, and Disputes

• Direct the firm's IP protection strategy covering proprietary code, data, and research outputs
• Advise on employment and partner-level matters including restrictive covenants and IP protections on exit
• Manage disputes and regulatory proceedings in collaboration with top-tier external counsel

Governance and Compliance Oversight

• Lead the Legal & Compliance Department including internal counsel, compliance officers, and operational support staff
• Supervise regional compliance functions to maintain independence of regulated entities, including the Singapore LFMC
• Oversee and coordinate outsourced compliance providers to ensure global consistency and effective risk management
• Advise the partnership and board on governance, profit-sharing, and fiduciary structures
• Collaborate with finance and tax counsel to align tax and transfer pricing execution with operational design

External Counsel and Provider Management

• Build and manage relationships with leading law firms and compliance providers across jurisdictions
• Establish a disciplined, cost-efficient panel structure with consistent performance standards and oversight

Requirement

• LL.B., J.D., or equivalent; admitted to practice in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, or England & Wales
• Minimum 12 years PQE, including meaningful in-house experience at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, investment bank, or asset manager
• Deep knowledge across securities regulation, derivatives, fund formation, or financial services M&A
• Track record of managing relationships with financial regulators (MAS, SFC, SEC, FCA, or equivalent)
• Proven leadership in building and managing cross-border legal and compliance teams

Preferred

• Prior in-house experience at a quantitative hedge fund, HFT firm, or market maker
• Experience handling IP, trade secret, or data-related matters in financial services
• Familiarity with structures spanning Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States
