Role Summary 

The CSA Cost Manager will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle cost management services for the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages on a large‑scale data centre development.

This role focuses on ensuring cost certainty, commercial control, and value optimisation across complex base‑build works, including substructure, superstructure, building envelope, and architectural elements. Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

• Build sophisticated financial models for new data centres, hyperscale expansions, M&A, JV structures and redevelopment projects.

• Conduct deep-dive feasibility analysis: IRR, NPV, payback, sensitivity, utilisation ramp-up and PUE cost impact.

• Prepare high-quality investment papers and Board approval decks.

What We’re Looking For
