Job Summary

Provide IT support and maintenance for hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and security. Assist with implementations, user training, and participate in standby support outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, server, and network infrastructure issues to maintain operational stability
• Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring, patching, backups, health checks, and tape rotation in data centres
• Support and maintain servers, network devices, firewalls, and security systems, including administering basic Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and create/update documentation such as Method of Procedures (MOPs)
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on IT systems and best practices to enhance user competence
• Participate in rotational standby support and respond to operational needs during weekends, public holidays, and after office hours
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet IT operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, or related field
• Valid Class 3 license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows environments, basic server administration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi), backup and recovery processes, and IT security fundamentals
• Familiarity with troubleshooting end-user devices, servers, systems, and network infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and customer service skills
• Willingness to access data centres and work weekends, public holidays, after office hours, and on rotational standby duties when required

Job Responsibilities
Chatbook Application Maintenance

• Take over the Chatbook Application through structured knowledge transfer, documenting existing architecture, codebase, and integrations.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance including updates, bug fixes, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

AI Application Development and Integration

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• Build MCP-based tool integrations and agentic pipelines for enterprise system connectivity.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI model performance and agentic behaviour.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into robust, AI-powered solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline with 2 or more years’ experience in building AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, with a solid understanding of agentic design patterns including planning, tool use, memory, and reflection.
• Working experience with MCP-based tool integrations and maintaining GenAI and agentic applications in production environments, including guardrail implementation and application evaluation.
• Knowledge of LLMOps practices, including prompt management, model evaluation, LLM observability tools (e.g. LangSmith), AI governance, and responsible AI principles.
• Solid fundamentals encompassing clean code, design patterns, testing, REST API development, containerisation, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Next.js / React, Python, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases covering query optimisation, schema design, and data management, with familiarity with vector databases for RAG and semantic search.
• Working experience with AWS cloud platform including serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway), storage (S3), monitoring (CloudWatch), and access management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock to access and orchestrate foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, including features such as Knowledge Bases, Agents, and Guardrails for production-grade generative AI applications.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) is advantageous.
