Electronic Hardware Design Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop electronic hardware from the ground up, while working closely with system designer.

· Create schematic and a thorough QC process

· Hardware safety/reliability analysis and quality assurance.

· Able to work with PCB designer, PCBA assembly plants for prototype fabrication and BOM management.

· Write tests for both existing and new electronic hardware compatibility and stability

Hardware design Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related field

· Experience in schematic development for embedded system, analog / RF / Digital / FPGA.

· Experience of Altium designer or other schematic / PCB design tool.

· Experience on TI, Xilinx electronic components and selection / assessment tools.

Job Title - MRO Engineers

Description -

Will be a part of the Maintenance, Repairs, Overhauls (MRO) – Engineering team to ensure the smooth functioning of our engineering, quality and reliability processes supporting Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance operations at the customer’s premises. Will play a key role in maintaining operational reliability, troubleshooting issues, engaging the customer in technical/engineering issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues utilizing practical fault tree analysis methodologies to minimize GSE downtime.

Conduct failure mode analysis and recommend enhance maintenance scheme to improve GSE reliability.

Communicate with the customers on troubleshooting, failure mode and corrective/preventive actions on technical defects.

Prepare technical report and presentation deck for submission and presenting to the customer when required.

Develop, review, and update technical documentation including maintenance manuals, repair procedures, and engineering change requests.

Perform spare parts obsolescence management which include identifying obsolete spare parts and mitigating risk through monitoring, alternative parts identification and build safety stocks.

Collaborate closely with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize maintenance schedule planning.

Respond to urgent technical issues, emergencies during off-office hours and weekends when necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
